Mayana operates subject to applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the laws on co-operative societies, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and data protection.

Mayana may introduce new products, services, or features from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such offerings are governed by these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Mayana may suspend or terminate access to the platform or services, with or without notice, where permitted by law. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution mechanisms agreed in writing.
